The Management Associate Programme (MAP) is a high-profile programme aimed at nurturing and developing the bank’s future leaders. The 12-month structured programme provides you with exposure and in-depth experience in one of the following key business areas, while equipping you with solid foundation for a successful career in banking.
- Consumer Banking Group (CBG)
- Global Financial Markets (GFM)
- Group Strategy, Transformation, Analytics & Research (GSTAR) – Data track
- Global Transaction Services (GTS)
- Institutional Banking Group (IBG)
- Private Banking (PB)
- Technology & Operations (T&O)

As a Management Associate (MA), you will undergo rigorous and comprehensive training designed to enhance your banking knowledge and essential skills through a fast-tracked development journey.
- Education
You will embark on a comprehensive induction training at the beginning of the programme. - Experience
You will undergo on-the-job training to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the specific business function through job rotation and acquire essential skills in your area of specialization. - Exposure
You will build a close-knit community with fellow MAs in the region and expand your network by connecting with top executives of the bank and have the privilege of being mentored by senior leaders.
