HKSYU will provide the following items:

One set of table with tablecloth
- The size of the table could have some difference subject to availability:
  125L x 75W x 74H (cm) or 120L x 60W x 74H (cm)
Chairs (3 pcs)
Electric plug
Wi-Fi connection

Each exhibitor may bring along:

Your company’s title board; leaflets; flyers; mini gifts; roll-up banners
A maximum of 2 pcs of roll-up banner
- One put behind the booth should not exist 200H x 150W (cm) and the one next to the booth should not exist 200H x 100W (cm)

Remarks:

Recommend sending 2-3 representatives to station to meet students at your booth. At least 1 representative shall be stationing at the booth at all times on the event day
No sand bags will be provided
HKSYU reserves the right to decline any application for the HKSYU Careers Fair 2026
