ISS-HK HOPE Support Service Centre Part-time Internship Programme
ISS-HK HOPE Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities, is dedicated to advocating for the integration of ethnic minorities within Hong Kong society, fostering a community characterized by cultural diversity, racial harmony, and equality. They offer a comprehensive range of services to adults, youths, children, and families residing in all districts of Hong Kong. Their services are available to ethnic minorities holding a Hong Kong Identity Card, including but not limited to individuals from the Philippines, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, India, Thailand, and Sri Lanka.
Part-time Internship Programme 1 provides an invaluable opportunity for students to serve the ethnic minority community in Hong Kong while gaining practical experience in an office environment. They welcome applications from students of diverse multicultural backgrounds across all disciplines. Details are as follow:
Duration: | 21st September to 30th November 2025 (10 weeks) |
Hours: | A minimum of 16 hours per week, totaling 160 hours for the internship |
Working Hours: | The HOPE Centre operates from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Mondays and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Tuesday to Saturday. Please note that the centre is closed on public holidays. |
Quota: | 5 positions available for ethnic minority youths who are Form 6 graduates or equivalent, up to 24 years of age |
Recognition: | An internship certificate will be issued by the assigned supervisor, and a letter of recommendation will be provided based on work performance. |
