Instructions for Opening Password-protected Documents
Below documents are password-protected and limited to the viewing of HKSYU staff members and students. To access, please use the same set of login ID and password of Moodle/university email account.
Interested students should submit the following documents via the online portal.
- Application form
- Copies of HKDSE Examination Results or equivalent
- Copies of HKSYU Official Transcript(s) – If you cannot hand in a copy of your official academic transcript by the application deadline, please take a screenshot of your academic results of each semester from WebSIMS
- CV (detailing your academic and non-academic achievements)
- Other supporting documents (optional)
Internal Application Deadline
11:59pm, 22 February 2024 (Thurs)
All applications should be submitted to the online portal, late submission will not be considered.
Tips!
Watch the video before you submit your application
- Make sure you are eligible to apply before you start your application. Read the job description(s) carefully.
(i.e. any requirement on the year of study? specific major/skills required?) - Attach all relevant documents as requested.
(e.g. photocopies of academic transcript, HKDSE results, personal statements etc.) - Mention as many relevant experience and skills as possible.
(i.e. extra-curricular activities, computer skills, scholarships, work experience, volunteer services) - Perform spell/grammar check before submission. It is recommended to type your application on computer for easy editing.
- Check all pages of the form to avoid missing information. Sign in all the space(s) that require your signature.
- Follow the format as suggested in each section of the form. For example, in the “Education” column, usually you have to fill in:
09/20XX to 07/20XX “September/Admission year” to “July/Expected Graduation Year” “九月/入學年份” 至 七月/畢業年份”) - Complete the form in EITHER Chinese or English for consistency.
- Pay attention to the internal deadlines set by HKSYU on Career Services Website. Late applications will not be accepted.
