Graduate Intern (Organisation Development)

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • providing support in the work to plan, develop, coordinate and deliver all Organisation Development related projects, such as talent development programmes, training programmes, sharing sessions, new employee orientation, summer internship, etc.;

  • providing logistic supports on programmes and events;

  • providing administrative supports to maintain accurate training record on the HR system;

  • managing e-learning platform including user engagement, learning analytics and reporting;

  • conducting research and analysis to compile reports for recommendations on new initiatives; and

  • participating in other ad-hoc projects as required.

You should:

  • possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines;

  • preferably possess around 1 year of Organisation Development, Learning and Development or HR related experience in sizable organisation;

  • demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders;

  • be pleasant, committed, detail-oriented, well-organised and self-motivated;

  • able to work under time pressure;

  • be proficient in computer applications; and

  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
