Eligibility: ‧ Aged 18-30 ‧ Holding a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card OR holding a Hong Kong Identity Card and being admitted/enrolled to a full-time course at any of the tertiary institutions based in Hong Kong* (p.s.: the number of participants meeting this criterion shall not exceed 50% of total eligible participants) ‧ Students studying in any discipline/level in college/undergraduate/postgraduate programmes are welcomed | |
