Interested students should submit the following documents via the online portal.

  1. Application form at Annex B
  2. An essay of not more than 300 words (either in Chinese or English) on why you apply for the Internship Scheme and what you would like to achieve from it
  3. Copy of medical proof
  4. Copies of HKDSE Examination Results or equivalent
  5. Copies of HKSYU Official Transcript(s) – If you cannot hand in a copy of your official academic transcript by the application deadline, please take a screenshot of your academic results of each semester from WebSIMS
  6. Other supporting documents (optional)

Important Notes

Past applicants of PSSIP often made careless mistakes which affected their chances of being admitted. 

Please read the following reminders before you download the application.

  1. Make sure you are eligible to apply before you start your application. Read the job description(s) carefully.
    (i.e. any requirement on the year of study? specific major/skills required?)
  2. Attach all relevant documents as requested.
    (e.g.  photocopies of academic transcript, HKDSE results, personal statements etc.)
  3. Mention as many relevant experience and skills as possible.
    (i.e. extra-curricular activities, computer skills, scholarships, work experience, volunteer services)
  4. Perform spell/grammar check before submission. It is recommended to type your application on computer for easy editing.
  5. Check all pages of the form to avoid missing information. Sign in all the space(s) that require your signature.
  6. Follow the format as suggested in each section of the form.  For example, in the “Education” column, usually you have to fill in:
    09/20XX  to 07/20XX    “September/Admission year”  to  “July/Expected Graduation Year”  “九月/入學年份” 至 七月/畢業年份”)
  7. Complete the form in EITHER Chinese or English for consistency.
  8. Pay attention to the internal deadlines set by HKSYU on Career Services Website. Late applications will not be accepted.
