WAIFC Young Academic Awards 2025

This global competition seeks innovative ideas from young academics under 35, including students, Ph.D. candidates, post-doctoral researchers, and junior professors, to submit innovative ideas shaping the future of a sustainable and inclusive financial sector.

The top three finalists will have the unique opportunity to present their ideas at the WAIFC’s Annual General Meeting in Frankfurt, Germany.  The winner will be awarded €3,000, while the runners-up will receive €2,000 (2nd place) and €1,000 (3rd place).
