2025 Voter Registration Campaign – Temporary Staff Recruitment
The upcoming 2025 Voter Registration (VR) Campaign will start from late April to early June of 2025. Sai Kung District Office will set up temporary roving VR counters manned by Voter Registration Supervisors (VRSs) and Voter Registration Assistants (VRAs) at various locations in Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung Area so as to assist eligible persons to register as voters and update voter registration particulars.
This office is now recruiting VRSs and VRAs. I should be grateful if you could arrange for advertisements of VRSs and VRAs as a means to encourage your students to get involved in community affairs and contribute to the implementation of the captioned campaign.
Applicants should complete and submit the application form, i.e. G.F.340, as attached below, with copies of academic certificates to the Sai Kung District Office at 6/F, Sai Kung Tseung Kwan O Government Complex High Block, 38 Pui Shing Road, Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O on or before 19 March 2025 either by post (according to stamp chop date) or in person (by 6:00 p.m. of the closing date).
二零二五年「選民登記活動」將於本年四月下旬至六月上旬舉行。屆時，西貢民政事務處將於將軍澳及西貢各地點設置選民登記站，以便市民登記成為選民，以及更新選民登記冊上的資料。
本處現正招聘「選民登記幹事」及「選民登記助理」。為鼓勵學生參與社區事務，以及讓選民登記活動順利舉行，本處現邀請 貴處向學生推廣以上職位。
申請人須填妥隨郵附上的申請表格(G.F. 340)，連同學歷證明副本，於2025年3月19日或之前郵寄(以郵戳日期為準)或親身(於截止申請日當天下午六時前)遞交至將軍澳坑口培成路38號西貢將軍澳政府綜合大樓高座六樓西貢民政事務處。
