Instructions for Opening Password-protected Documents
Below documents are password-protected and limited to the viewing of HKSYU staff members and students. To access, please use the same set of login ID and password of Moodle/university email account.

All applicants should send the completed application form to english@edb.gov.hk by email on or before the closing date for application. Please indicate “Application for Summer Intern (English Language Education)” in the email subject.
Interviews will normally be conducted in early April 2026. Applicants may assume that their applications are unsuccessful if they have not been invited for interview by end April 2026.
Tips!
Watch the video before you submit your application
- Make sure you are eligible to apply before you start your application. Read the job description(s) carefully.
(i.e. any requirement on the year of study? specific major/skills required?) - Attach all relevant documents as requested.
(e.g. photocopies of academic transcript, HKDSE results, personal statements etc.) - Mention as many relevant experience and skills as possible.
(i.e. extra-curricular activities, computer skills, scholarships, work experience, volunteer services) - Perform spell/grammar check before submission. It is recommended to type your application on computer for easy editing.
- Check all pages of the form to avoid missing information. Sign in all the space(s) that require your signature.
- Follow the format as suggested in each section of the form. For example, in the “Education” column, usually you have to fill in:
09/20XX to 07/20XX “September/Admission year” to “July/Expected Graduation Year” “九月/入學年份” 至 七月/畢業年份”) - Complete the form in EITHER Chinese or English for consistency.
- Pay attention to the internal deadlines set by HKSYU on Career Services Website. Late applications will not be accepted.
