Graduate Intern – HRBP (Corporate Team) – 12 months contract period

You will be responsible for:

  • managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, retention, employee engagement, addressing staff issues and conducting exit interviews;

  • providing practical HR advice while developing strong partnerships with various business departments/divisions to deliver solutions that align corporate policies;

  • assisting with manpower planning and staff cost update;

  • supporting and implementing HR initiatives;

  • maintaining and compiling HR reports for management review; and

  • performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

You should:

  • possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field;

  • be a Fresh graduate or preferably have 1 year of solid business partnering experience for handling corporate accounts in a sizable organization;

  • be well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented and able to build effective relationships with business units;

  • have good knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws;

  • be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • be eager to learn, highly responsible and self-motivated; and

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assistant Accounting Officer

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You will be responsible for:

  • performing daily accounting functions for accounts receivable and payable, including data entry, billing and invoice/ vouchers handling;

  • assisting in month-end closing activities and preparing supporting schedules;

  • providing financial support to the finance team in the day to day operations; and

  • performing any other related general duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.

You should:

  • have HKCEE / DSE /Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;

  • possess relevant working experience in finance, auditing or accounting field is preferred; fresh graduate is welcomed;

  • be familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word;

  • have strong sense of responsibility and be a team player; and

  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
