About Our Disney College Program

Disney College Program is a 10 to 12-week summer program where you will gain on-the-job working experience and a uniquely Disney learning opportunities. As part of the program, there will be value-added programs and activities such as sharing sessions by Senior Management, behind-the-scenes tours, and wellness activities.

There are more than 15 roles offered across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. No matter the role, the Disney College Program gives each participant the opportunity to study, experience and create the magic.

Every role at Disney helps bring the magic to life. Here are some of the different types of roles that you may be considered for during Disney College Program.

• Merchandise
• Food & Beverages
• Hotel Operations
• Entertainment – Costuming
• Field Research

Eligibility

• Students from Tertiary Institutes
• Available to work for the whole duration of 10-12 weeks between June to August
