Career Leaders Training Program 職係敢講@活動領袖訓練計劃 2024-2025 (Phase 2) - St. James' Settlement

St. James’ Settlement established Hong Kong’s first Career Planning Experiential Game Centre – Career Sparkle in 2013, primarily serving high school and college students. Through experiential learning activities, we hope to increase students’ self-understanding and familiarize themselves with different professions, developing various skills! St. James’ Settlement is now inviting students to participate in the “Career Leaders Training Program職係敢講@活動領袖訓練計劃2024-2025 (Phase 2)”.

Target:	Current Year 1 or Year 2 local students
Duration:	March to July 2025
Purpose:	To explore self-understanding, discover personal abilities, enhance communication and collaboration, and master professional activity leadership skills; being a leader for the “Career Live” experiential game, guiding high school students to understand various job skills and plan for their future
Content:	Team building training, personality tests, industry exploration, project execution, activity skills training, and leading the Career Live experiential game

Notes:	The program is free of charge; Upon completing 50 hours of training, participants will receive a subsidy of HKD3,300 and a certificate of recognition; Leading of Career Live experiential game for each session will receive a subsidy of HKD240.
