Structured Internship Programme (SIP), Hong Kong (2025 intake)
Our 10-12 week Structured Internship Program from June to August 2025 aims to provide penultimate and final year students an immersive experience in banking and finance. The goal is to identify high-potential candidates for our Management Associate Programme. Interns will work on real-world projects, gain business insights, and develop professional skills. Exceptional interns may be fast-tracked to the Management Associate Programme in 2026.
We are particularly interested in students with a strong academic background, keen interest in the financial sector, and demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
The recruitment process for the DBS SIP has already commenced and will close in mid-Mar 2025.
