「真色珍我」自閉症人士支援服務

This project was funded by the Social Welfare Department. It aims to assist young persons with HFA in developing adaptation and interpersonal communication skills, while also supporting their educational and career paths. It provides resources for parents and caregivers to better understand the needs of their children, engages tertiary institutions and employers to facilitate the integration of young persons with HFA, and enhances the skills of frontline rehabilitation practitioners.

Services include individualized support programs, counseling for parents, job matching, and an ASD Consultation Hotline. All services are offered free of charge across all districts in Hong Kong.
