“The Way to Success” - Leadership Training Programme 2026
This programme is offered by CEO Global Education Foundation in collaboration with HKSYU and aims to immerse students into a stimulating and professional environment that will allow them to gain unique and effective leadership skills. Through this programme, students learn from senior executives and business leaders, engage in interactive workshops, small-group mentorship, and thus develop soft skills along with knowledge needed for success in the marketplace; the same character values that corporates are looking for in their recruitment and search for talent.

Due to the limited quota, please make sure you can attend the all sessions before registration. Please check your schedule (especially on the class arrangement) carefully before submitting the deposit. The deposit is to secure your registration for the activity. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances prior to the completion of the activity.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to the participants upon completion of the programme with over 80% attendance of the events, this will also be recorded in the participants’ Award and Co-curricular Achievement Transcript (ACAT).
Participants can include this activity in the category of “Career Development” in your application for Dr. Li Dak Sum Outstanding Whole Person Development Awards.
