Applications Open for “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme 2026

「『友』妳啟導」友師計劃（計劃）由民政及青年事務局（民青局）和婦女事務委員會（婦委會）合辦，為本港女大學生提升技能、建立自信及人際網絡，為她們投入職場做好準備。

 

計劃為學員配對女性領袖友師並提供相關培訓及活動。學員將可：

  • 獲得女性領袖友師的指導，讓妳更好地訂立職涯及個人發展規劃
  • 提升職業發展技能
  • 擴展人脈

 

民青局已就計劃招募了超過70位友師，當中不乏女行政總裁或合夥人（友師名單可參閱此連結）。

參加資格

參加本計劃的學員須符合以下資格：

  1. 計劃期內(2026年7月至2027年7月)為本港大學（見註）全日制學士學位課程的註冊女學生
  2. 香港永久性居民或持有香港身份證的全日制學生；及
  3. 有志在香港發展事業。

註

12所本地大學包括: 香港城市大學、香港浸會大學、香港都會大學、香港樹仁大學、嶺南大學、聖方濟各大學、香港中文大學、香港教育大學、香港恒生大學、香港理工大學、香港科技大學及香港大學。（按英文名稱順序排列）

The “She Inspires” Mentorship Programme (the Programme),  launched by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) and the Women’s Commission (WoC), aims to help local female university students build the necessary skills, confidence, and network for them to thrive in their future career.

 

 

Through one-on-one mentorship, training, and group activities, mentees will:

  • Gain guidance from your women leader mentor, empowering you to chart a clear path for your career and personal planning.
  • Enhance the essential skills for your future career.
  • Expand your network.

 

Building on the success of the inaugural cohort, the Programme brings together over 70 accomplished women leaders from diverse sectors to serve as mentors:

Eligibility

An eligible mentee must meet the following criteria:

  1. Female students enrolled in full-time bachelor’s degree programmes at a local university (see note) throughout the Programme period (July 2026 to July 2027);
  2. Permanent residents of Hong Kong or Hong Kong identity cardholders who are currently registered as full-time students in Hong Kong; and
  3. Aspire to pursue a career in Hong Kong.

Note

The 12 local universities are City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Hong Kong Shue Yan University, Lingnan University, Saint Francis University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Education University of Hong Kong, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and The University of Hong Kong (listed in alphabetical order).
