MTR “EmpowerZ” Programme 2026 for Diverse Talents

The 2026 MTR “EmpowerZ” Youth Placement Pilot Programme offers a 1-year full-time work opportunity (from August 2026 to August 2027) for people with disabilities (including special education needs) and people from ethnically diverse backgrounds (especially non-Chinese).

Through this programme, participants can gain solid work experience in one of the departments in MTR to enhance professional competence. A variety of engaging workshops and supporting measures will be offered to empower participants to succeed in the workplace.

Job requirement is as follows:

• Have a degree / associate degree, and
• Have no more than 3 years’ work experience
