Position Overview

• Role: Summer Intern (Real Estate Investment & Operations)
• Location: Hong Kong
• Target Audience: Undergraduate or Postgraduate students

Key Responsibilities

Interns will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investment and operations through rotation or assignment across different work scopes:

1. Investment & Asset Management (HK, US, UK Markets)

• Assist in market research, data collection, and analysis of student housing trends globally, especially Hong Kong.
• Support investment analysts in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.
• Help prepare presentation materials and investment memos for the stakeholders.

2. Property Operations & Leasing (Hong Kong Portfolio)

• Participate in the day-to-day operations and property management of our student accommodation portfolio.
• Support the leasing team with tenant acquisition, inquiries, viewing arrangements, and tenancy documentation.
• Assist in executing community building initiatives and tenant engagement events.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese is a plus.
• Highly responsible, proactive, adaptive, and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn new skills and knowledge
