HKSYU X St. James' Settlement: "Coach to Help” Coaching People with Disability (PWDs) Programme
樹仁大學與聖雅各福群會合辦之「Coach to Help」共融教練計劃，以Association for Coaching and Facilitation (ACF) 教練學為基礎，在通過專業教練模式，協助輕至中度智障人士探索就業目標，提升大學生自我認知與溝通能力，豐富專業技能，讓參加者提前體驗社會服務，開啟社會服務的新視野，鼓勵投身社會服務界，為未來的職業規劃開啟新的方向。
本計劃將資助12名樹仁學生修讀ACF教練學，與多元人才配對實踐教練學，完成課程後將授予證書，優秀學生更可參與賽馬會啟藝學苑實習。我們正在招募能夠滿足以下條件的參加者：
- 來自任何學系的本科生／研究生
- 懂得流利廣東話（因應服務對象需要）

HKSYU is co-organizing the “Coach to Help” Coaching People with Disability (PWDs) Programme in collaboration with St. James’ Settlement. It aims to support individuals with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities in exploring their employment goals and enhancing various personal and professional skills. These include self-awareness, communication abilities, and practical job skills. The programme also provides participants with early exposure to the social service sector, broadening their perspectives, encouraging interest in social service careers, and opening new pathways for future career planning.
This program is recruiting 12 students to learn ACF coaching, pairing them with diverse talents for practical coaching experience. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive certificates, and those demonstrating excellent performance will be considered for full-time summer internships. We are currently recruiting students who meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate/postgraduate students from any disciplines
- Fluent in Cantonese (with the needs of PWDs)
