Career Launchpad 2026 – Graduate Career Acceleration Programme for 2026 Graduates
As part of HKPC’s commitment to talent development and supporting Hong Kong’s future workforce, we are pleased to introduce Career Launchpad, a new Graduate Career Acceleration Programme designed for students graduating in 2026.
As workplace expectations continue to evolve in the AI era, graduates increasingly need more than workplace experience alone. Career Launchpad helps participants build future workplace readiness and competitiveness through:
✅ Workplace Experience – Participate in real workplace activities within HKPC divisions for two days per week
✅ AI Capability Development – Develop AI literacy through learning opportunities and practical applications
✅ Professional Insights and Development Support – Gain exposure to professional sharing, mentoring and development activities
✅ HR Buddy Support – Receive workplace insights, practical advice and personalised support
Programme Details
- Target Participants: 2026 Graduates (Bachelor degree and above)
- Programme Period: September – November 2026
- Workplace Experience: Two days per week (with remuneration)
